The copy of Notice of 9th Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be submitted to exchange as soon as the same be dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company through Email; Appointed National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as Remote E-Voting Agency for resolutions proposed to be passed at Annual General Meeting; Appointed CS Hardikkumar Jetani, Practicing Company Secretary (Membership No. FCS: 13678; CP No: 22171) as Scrutinizer, who has consented as such, for conducting the remote e-voting process as well as the e-voting system on the date of the Annual General Meeting, in a fair and transparent manner.
