KP Green Engineering has informed that the Company has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the ‘Record Date’ for determining the entitlement of Members of the Company to receive the Final Dividend of ?0.30 per equity share, having a face value of ?5 each, for the financial year 2025-26, if approved and declared by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The aforesaid dividend shall be paid subject to deduction of tax at source (TDS), as applicable.
