Pursuant to Regulation 34 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has attached Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 containing, the Notice convening the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The same is also being sent to through electronic mode to those members whose email ids are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depository Participants through the platform of its RTA KFin Technologies on July 11, 2026. The company has also dispatched physical copy of annual report to those members whose email ids are not registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depository Participants. The ‘Cut-off Date’ for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM. The Annual Report is available on the website of the Company and that of KFin Technologies, RTA of the Company.
