Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI Listing Regulations, it has enclosed the Annual Report along with the Notice of the 6th AGM and other Statutory Reports of the Company for FY 2025-26. The same is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depository Participants (DPs).
