Scheme of Amalgamation/ Merger between the Company and its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Mobavenue Media and its respective shareholders. 2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 including amendments if any, and as per the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct', the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons from September 09, 2026 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the outcome of board meeting/announcement is made available to public.
