Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has incorporated an indirect wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Sun Pharma Global Treasury Centre IFSC’ in the International Financial Services Centre at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. The new entity has been incorporated to operate as the Global Treasury Centre for the Sun Pharma Group and undertake treasury, funding, liquidity, cash management and other permissible financial activities.
