According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 6997.93 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Wednesday’s data, September 09, 2026.

FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 2258.08 crore and net sellers of index options worth Rs 4739.85 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 1333.41 crore and they bought stock options worth Rs 608.14 crore.
