The Ramco Cements has informed that the ecological restoration carried out by them in the limestone mine in Pandalgudi, Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu, has received international recognition. The restored limestone mine in Tamil Nadu becomes the first site in Peninsular India to receive Advanced Certification from The Global Biodiversity Standard.
