Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone has informed that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) has passed a Settlement Order in respect of the settlement applications filed by B. Ravi (former Chief Financial Officer) and Karan Adani (Managing Director) of the Company under the SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018. The details of the Settlement Order as required to be provided under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed as Annexure A.
