Baron Infotech has informed that the pursuant to the approval of the Resolution Plan by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench-II, vide its order dated September 8, 2026 in IA (IBC) (Plan)/03/2026, the Monitoring Committee has been constituted with the Resolution Professional as Chairperson and one representative from the CoC and one representative from Innopark (India), Successful Resolution Applicant] (‘SRA’) as its members. The 1st meeting of Monitoring Committee is convened on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 11.00 am to take note of the orders of Hon’ble NCLT, dated. September 12, 2026 and to consider, discuss and take various administrative decisions in the process of implementation of the Resolution Plan, which include taking note of the receipt of CIRP costs and claim amount due to Creditors from the SRA.
