UltraTech Cement has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, considered and approved the appointment of Ashish Chandra as Chief Manufacturing Officer (Designate) of the Company with effect from 16th September, 2026. He will be a Senior Management Personnel from the said date. E R Raj Narayanan will relinquish his position as the Chief Manufacturing Officer of the Company on 31st March, 2027, after overseeing a planned transition. Chandra will take over the role of Chief Manufacturing Officer from 1 st April, 2027. The Board placed on record its sincere gratitude for Mr. Raj Narayanan’s service and contributions to the Company and Aditya Birla Group. Brief details as required in terms of the Listing Regulations are enclosed as Annexures A and B.
