STL Networks has received approval for the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), to establish, acquire, own, operate, manage and market data centre & telecommunication infrastructure, data centre solutions and connectivity services; obtain and maintain all requisite licences, approvals and authorisations from the Department of Telecommunications and other regulatory authorities; and carry on the business of providing integrated data centre and connectivity solutions, including all incidental and ancillary activities, with a focus on operational flexibility, scalability and growth in the digital infrastructure and telecommunications sector.
The proposed WOS will be in the nature of a Company limited by shares, duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Authorisation and Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on September 11, 2026, has approved the same.
