The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has completed the inspection at Unit-IV, an API manufacturing facility of Apitoria Pharma, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, situated at Industrial Development Area, Pydibhimavaram, Ranasthalam Mandal, Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh. The inspection was conducted from September 7 to September 11, 2026 and concluded with zero observations.
Aurobindo Pharma is engaged in manufacturing pharmaceutical products. It offers active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and generic formulations like astemizole, domeperidone and omeprazole; anti-infective, oral and sterile antibiotics, pain management and osteoporosis segments.
