Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has informed that the Company has received a communication from Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), an autonomous society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, addressed to Mr. Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman, and Mr. Vinod Babu Bollikonda, Managing Director and Group CEO, confirming the Company's association as Industry Partner for the IndiaAI Centre of Excellence (AI-CoE) to be established at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. STPI has informed the Company that the proposal for establishment of the AI-CoE, Odisha, recommended by the Government of Odisha, has received in-principle approval from MeitY, Government of India. STPI has confirmed the Company's association as Industry Partner and requested the Company to initiate the process for execution of a definitive Memorandum of Understanding. The proposed MoU will record, among other matters, the Company's financial contribution of Rs. 4 crore and its role in providing industry leadership, mentorship and strategic support to emerging AI startups. dt The Company will provide further updates concerning the execution of the definitive MoU and other material developments relating to the Centre in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
