Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Listing Regulations, Jubilant FoodWorks has informed that, Virender Singh Sehrawat, Executive Vice President & Head - Integrated Supply Chain and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company vide email dated September 10, 2026. His last working day would be November 13, 2026 (close of business hours). Relevant details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circulars in this regard are annexed herewith as Annexure A. The copy of resignation email received from Sehrawat is enclosed as Annexure B.
