Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), AstraZeneca Pharma India has informed that Dr. Sandeep Arora, Director – Medical Affairs, Biopharmaceutical Business Unit and Rare Disease Business Unit, of the Company has decided to pursue a career outside the organization. Dr. Arora will complete his handover period and be relieved from duties by the close of business hours on September 15, 2026. The company has wished all the best for his future endeavors. A copy of the resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure – A. The Company is in the process of looking for a suitable replacement for this position. This being Senior Management Personnel position in terms of the SEBI Listing Regulations, it has enclosed the details as required under the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025 - CFD-POD2/I/3762/ 2026 dated January 30, 2026, attached as Annexure – B.
