The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13157.98 crore against gross selling of Rs 14135.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 977.62 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 391.93 crore with gross sales of Rs 5778.74 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 5386.81 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 571.19 crore, they were net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 81.54 crore and they were net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 4734.08 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 22.99 crore against gross selling of Rs 18.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 4.39 crore in hybrid segment.
