Titagarh Rail Systems (TRSL) and Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) have executed the Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) for establishing a Joint Venture Company (JV Company) with shareholding in equal proportion i.e. 50% each to undertake maintenance of 80 Vande Bharat Trainsets under the Indian Railways project for ‘Manufacturing cum Maintenance of 80 Vande Bharat Trainsets including Upgradation of Government Manufacturing Units & Trainset Depots and Comprehensive Maintenance for 35 years’.
Exide Industries and ExCom Energy Solutions GmbH (ExCom GmbH), Germany, have entered into a long-term strategic cooperation agreement for the industrial battery and energy storage systems across the European Economic Area (EEA). Products offered under this cooperation will be marketed and sold under the ExCom brand. The agreement, signed on September 15, 2026, establishes a close commercial and technical collaboration between the two companies. The cooperation will cover the EEA market. ExCom GmbH will act as the central commercial and technical interface for customers in the region, leading customer development, distribution, technical project support, and after-sales coordination.
Vikram Solar has entered into a domestic cell supply agreement with Avaada Electro, reinforcing its foothold in India’s fast-expanding Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) segment and strengthening long-term supply-chain resilience. Under the agreement, Avaada Electro will supply 1 GW of ALMM-compliant domestically manufactured half-cut N-Type G12R TOPCon solar cells for Vikram Solar’s module manufacturing operations. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in September 2026, ensuring consistency in supply and operational continuity to meet the country's growing DCR requirements.

Jupiter Wagons has incorporated a subsidiary company in the name and style of Jupiter Rail Mobility (JRMPL). The entity being acquired belongs to Railway and Engineering Industry. Jupiter Wagons limited holds 99.9% of the shareholding in JRMPL.
