Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Shyam Metalics and Energy has informed that the Company has been voluntarily assigned with an ESG rating of ‘53’ based on the information/data of the Company available in the public domain by CRISIL ESG Ratings and Analytics, a Category I Subscriber-Pays ESG rating provider registered with SEBI. The above-mentioned rating was submitted to the Stock Exchanges by the ERP and the same was intimated to the Company by the ERP via email dated 15th September, 2026. Further, the Company did not engage CRISIL ESG Ratings and Analytics for ESG rating and the said rating was done independently.
