Fortis Healthcare (FHL) has signed definitive agreements with Seth Sunder Lal Jain Charitable Eye Hospital, a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Punjab Amendment) to provide healthcare services to over 400 bedded super specialty hospital at Ashok Vihar, New Delhi. The hospital is expected to commence operations in 3-4 years, subject to necessary approvals. The agreements have been executed by FHL’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Fortis Hospotel (FHTL).
RailTel Corporation of India has received the Letter of Intent (LoI) from Prasar Bharti (Broadcasting Corporation Of India) Director General, Doordashan, for additional features/services on existing WAVES OTT Platform. The estimated size of order as per LoI is Rs 63.15 crore (Including Tax).
NHC Foods has approved investments to acquire controlling stakes in two food and beverage companies, Lotmor Brands and Walya's Beverages. Under the proposed transactions, NHC Foods will acquire up to 88% stake in Lotmor Brands and up to 80% stake in Walya's Beverages. The consideration may be paid in cash or through issue of NHC Foods equity shares at Rs 6.50 per share. The price may also be determined after six months in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations. The proposed acquisitions are expected to strengthen the company's procurement and distribution capabilities and complement its existing business across the food and beverage value chain.

Praveg has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Tourism Corporation of Gujarat (TCGL) for developing rest shelter facilities for the Parade Contingent in the Statue of Unity (SOU) Area, including providing, erecting and furnishing the complete set-up with supporting infrastructure, and operation, maintenance and running of the premises for 13 days, from October 20, 2026 to November 1, 2026. The total value of the contract is Rs 12.99 crore plus applicable GST.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders (MDL) has signed an MoU with National Shipbuilding & Heavy Industries Park Maharashtra (NSHIPML) to participate as the Anchor Shipyard in the proposed Greenfield Shipbuilding Industrial Cluster at Dighi, Maharashtra. The proposed world-class shipyard envisages an annual shipbuilding capacity of at least 1.2 million Gross Tonnage. It will enable the construction of large commercial vessels and help create a globally competitive maritime industrial ecosystem comprising ancillary industries, MSMEs, technology partners and skilled employment.
Highway Infrastructure has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) for collection of User Fees and operation of Toll Plazas at Gorakhpur Link Expressway, along with deployment of 04 number of Patrol-cum-safety vehicles with required personnel manning these vehicles for Gorakhpur Link Expressway. The LoA is valued at around Rs 220.66 crore which includes Rs 105.07 crore for the First Year and an escalation of 10% per annum for the second-year period. The order is for a period of 2 years.
