Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vikas Ecotech has informed that the Registrar of Companies, Delhi-II, vide its letter dated September 16, 2026, has accorded approval for extension of time for convening and holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, by a period of 2 months and 28 days, pursuant to the application made by the Company under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013. Accordingly, the Company shall convene and hold the AGM within the extended period. The date of the AGM shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course, upon finalisation by the Board of Directors of the Company.
