Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’) and in continuation of earlier intimation dated 07.09.2026 regarding the application made to the ROC, Ahmedabad, under Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, Bloom Dekor has informed that the Company has received the Order dated 16/09/2026 issued by the ROC, Ahmedabad, whereby the ROC has approved the Company's application seeking an extension of time for holding its 35th Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2025-26. Pursuant to the said Order, the ROC, Ahmedabad, has granted an extension of 2 months and 15 days for holding the 35th AGM. A copy of the approval granted by the ROC, Ahmedabad, received by the Company on 17.09.2026, is enclosed. Accordingly, the Company shall convene its 35th AGM within the extended timeline, and the date of the Annual General Meeting shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
