Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail’s subsidiary -- Sabyasachi India (SIL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) by name ‘Sabyasachi Retail FZ-LLC’ in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Consequent to the incorporation, ‘Sabyasachi Retail FZ-LLC’ has become a step-down subsidiary of the company. The said WOS has been incorporated with the objective of dealing in designer apparels, jewellery and accessories in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail is engaged in providing branded fashion apparels and accessories, and the retail sale of clothing, footwear and leather articles in stores.
