With reference to the disclosure made by the Company on 11th February, 2026 regarding incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Chile and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Zim Laboratories has informed that the Wholly Owned Subsidiary has been incorporated in the name of ‘ZIM Laboratories SpA’ in Santiago, Republic of Chile. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, is also enclosed as Annexure- I.
