Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, following is the outcome of the Board meeting whereby the Board has: 1. The payment of Interim Dividend of Rs 0.12/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year 2026-27 and have fixed Thursday, September 24, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for determining the shareholders who will be entitled to the said Dividend.
