Syncom Formulations India has informed that, pursuant to the provision of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Record Date has been fixed as Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 for the purpose of determining the entitlement of members for payment of dividend at the rate of 10% i.e. Rs 0.10 per equity share of Rs 1 each for the financial year 2025-26, if any, subject to approval by the members at their ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
