Welspun Corp’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Welspun Global Holdings (WGHL) has received approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Welspun Pipe Jordan, PSC’ or such other name as may be approved by the relevant authorities in Jordan. The board of directors of WGHL at its meeting held on September 18, 2026 has considered and approved the same.
The proposed company shall be incorporated to carry on the business of manufacturing, producing, processing and fabricating wires, tubes and pipes of iron and steel, including line pipes and other iron and steel tubular products for use in the transportation of water, gas and oil and any other industrial sector as well as for carrying on the business of casting and processing of iron and steel and the manufacture of products and components resulting from such casting activities.
Welspun Corp, flagship company of Welspun Group, is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture and distribution of steel products and others (including plastic products).
