Indoco Remedies has received approval for incorporation a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Warren Lifesciences’, for which the name approval has been received from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The committee of executive directors of the company in its meeting held on September 18, 2026 has considered and approved the same.
The proposed subsidiary company intends to manufacture, develop, sell etc. in pharmaceutical products including but not limited to active pharmaceutical ingredients, finished formulations, key starting materials. The said company shall be incorporated in due course and upon incorporation, it will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Indoco Remedies is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of formulations (finished dosage forms) and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in India.
