One Mobikwik Systems has informed that Raghu Ram Hiremagalur Venkatesh vide his e-mail dated September 18, 2026 has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect due to preoccupation with other professional commitments. The requisite details pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations read with relevant SEBI circulars and circulars issued by the Stock Exchanges, are set out in Annexure-A. A copy of the e-mail intimating such resignation along with detailed reason for such resignation and confirmation that there is no other material reasons other than those provided in the said e-mail, is enclosed as Annexure -B.
