Springform Technology has informed that the Shareholders have approved by way of special resolution in the Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 18th September, 2026, to Change the Name of the Company and consequent Alteration of the relevant clauses i.e. Clause I of the Memorandum of Association and Article of Association of the Company in order to change the name of the Company from 'Springform Technology Limited' to 'Inertia Alu Tech Limited'.
