Unichem Laboratories has informed that with reference to earlier intimation dated 24th January 2025, the Company has received Order-In-Appeal from Commissioner (Appeals Thane). Relevant details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are provided in Annexure A. The Company shall take all appropriate remedial steps including filing of an appeal within prescribed timelines.
