With reference to the intimation submitted by the Company to the Stock Exchanges on September 17, 2026, regarding the revision in credit rating of the Company by Infomerics Valuation and Rating, Century Extrusions has informed that, due to an inadvertent typographical error, the Rating Action mentioned against the Long-Term Bank Facilities was stated as ‘Rating upgraded’ instead of ‘Rating reaffirmed’. Accordingly, the Company is re-submitting the intimation with the aforesaid correction in the Rating Action column. There is no change in any other information contained in the earlier submission. Details of the current Credit Ratings are enclosed. The copy of letter received from said rating agency is attached. The company has informed that this information will also be available on the website of the Company at www.centuryextrusions.com.
