ITI has informed that pursuant to Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company had filed an application in Form GNL-1 on September 10, 2026 with the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, seeking an extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, for the reasons stated therein. The Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, vide its letter dated September 18, 2026, has granted an extension of three months for holding the AGM of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Accordingly, the Company shall convene its AGM within the extended period as permitted by the Registrar of Companies. A copy of the extension letter issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, is enclosed.
