Piramal Finance has informed that Extraordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) of the Company was held today, Saturday, 19th September, 2026 at 11:00 am (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means, in accordance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) for transacting the business mentioned in the Notice dated 24th August, 2026 convening the EGM (‘Notice of the EGM’). In this regard, it has enclosed summary of the proceedings of the EGM, pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’).
