Shree Hari Chemicals Export has informed that the Company is in receipt of requests under Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) from the following Promoters of the Company seeking re-classification from 'Promoter’ Category to 'Public' Category: Mayank Sohanlal Ramuka; Ramkala Sohanlal Ramuka; Sohanlal Suwalal Ramuka HUF; Sohanlal Suwalal Ramuka. In addition to BSE, the Company is not listed on any other Stock Exchange. The above request letter will be placed before the Board of Directors as stipulated under Regulation 31A (3) of the Listing Regulations and post receipt of the Board’s approval, an application seeking no objection from BSE would be submitted.
