Pursuant to applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Earthstahl & Alloys has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ shall remain closed for the ‘Designated Persons’ and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st October, 2026 up to 48 hours after conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the unaudited Financial Results for the half-year ending 30th September, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately in due course of time.
