During the closure of Trading Window, Designated Persons and insiders are prohibited not to deal in the shares of the Company. The date of Board Meeting for considering the said Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter/half year ending on September 30, 2026 shall be intimated within the time prescribed.
