Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Onward Technologies has informed that the company, leading provider of Digital and ER&D services, announces the renewal of a multi-year Managed Digital Services contract with increased scope valued at ?44.46 Crores with one of the world's leading manufacturers of construction and mining equipment’s. The contract tenure extends from August 2026 to August 2029. The renewed engagement represents a 72% increase in value compared to the previous contract and reflects the customer's continued confidence in Onward Technologies' delivery excellence, digital engineering capabilities, and strategic partnership. Under the agreement, Onward Technologies will provide Managed Digital Services supporting the client's global e-commerce and aftermarket business platforms. The scope includes application development and enhancement, cloud-native engineering, microservices architecture, API development, DevOps-enabled delivery, testing, deployment and integration services.
