Arunjyoti Bio Ventures has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.10.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-Year ended 30.09.2026 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The Board Meeting will be scheduled, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended 30.09.2026. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Exchange. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
