The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Directors, Promoters /Promoter Group, Connected & Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
