In furtherance to its earlier disclosures made to the Stock Exchange(s) in relation to the proposed Preferential Issue of 2,28,30,902 Equity Shares and 5,69,15,380 Equity Warrants, and with reference to the observations received from NSE in relation to the Notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (‘EGM Notice’;) and the explanatory statement thereto from the NSE vide its letter bearing no NSE/LIST/56336. In this regard, Apollo Micro Systems has informed that the Company has taken note of the observations and has accordingly incorporated the requisite clarifications/corrections in the relevant disclosures and the table showing the pre and post shareholding pattern of the proposed allottees is enclosed as Annexure-1.
