Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations,2015 & amendments thereto, Saumya Consultants has informed that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Board Members, officers and designated Employees and their respective Dependent Family Members shall remain closed on and from 1st October,2026 and will re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further the date of Board Meeting for considering the said Unaudited financial results for the for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
