Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by Designated Persons, Softtech Engineers has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 1, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Trading Window closure. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
