Further, it has informed that although certain members of the Promoter Group have not subscribed to their respective Rights Entitlements, aggregating to 7,07,716 and have neither renounced their entitlements in favour of any person, but the Company’s Promoter along with other members of the Promoter Group have collectively subscribed to an additional 19,45,194 Rights Equity Shares over and above their respective Rights Entitlements.
