September 22, 2026; Rajeev Krishnamuralilal Agarwal (DIN: 07984221) from Additional Non-Executive Independent Director to Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years w.e.f. June 25, 2026. Further, the aforesaid Directors have not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any such other authority.
