Oriental Aromatics has informed that pursuant to circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 received from BSE and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from 01st October, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all insiders/designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
