Polytex India has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, September 24, 2026, based on the recommendation of Committee Nomination and Remuneration, approved the appointment of Manisha Agarwal as the Company Secretary of the Company (Membership No. A63983) designated as the Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act,2013 and Compliance Officer under Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Listing Regulations’). Further, in compliance of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI CIRCULAR NO. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, the company has enclosed the disclosures as Annexure - I. Manisha Agarwal has affirmed that she is not debarred from holding office of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority. The board meeting commenced at 10:00 AM and concluded at 10.30 AM.
