Vascon Engineers has received work order amounting to Rs 660.79 crore (Including Taxes) from Multinational IT Company Qualcomm India for Development of an office facility (Block K) comprising three basements, Ground + 12 floors, and associated infrastructure at Bengaluru. The work has to be completed within 30 months from the date of site handover.
Steamhouse India has been awarded the mandate for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), commissioning and comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the Common Steam Plant and Co-generation Power Plant at the Bulk Drug Park, Una, Himachal Pradesh. Value of order is Rs 311 crore (inclusive of GST). The said order is expected to be completed in 24 months from commencement of the project, subject to applicable contractual conditions.
R R Kabel has received approval for the purchase and acquisition of the Business Undertaking of U M Cables, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Usha Martin, engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of Optical Fibre and related Cables by way of a slump sale on a going concern basis at a lump sum purchase consideration of Rs 77 crore, subject to certain working capital adjustments and fulfilment of certain conditions as will be provided in the Business Transfer Agreement to be executed in this regard between the parties. The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on September 24, 2026, has considered and approved the same.
