Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Mobavenue AI Tech has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by its Designated Persons will remain closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un- audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter & half year ended September 30, 2026. The trading window shall be opened 48 hours after the said results of the Company are declared and disseminated on the Stock Exchange. An intimation in this regard has been sent to all the Designated Person(s) of the Company. The date of Meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Un- audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter & half year ended September 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
