Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), read with the circulars issued thereunder, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has informed that Global Impx Inc., USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has received a signed Statement of Work from IBM Cloud Inc for AI Infrastructure Design, Deployment and Support Services, at a fixed fee of US$15,500,000 (approximately ?147 crore). The signed copy of the Statement of Work was received by the Company on 24 September 2026. The details required under the Listing Regulations are set out in Annexure A, and a copy of the press release being issued by the Company in this regard is enclosed as Annexure B.
